Spring Shopping

We registered this weekend, which has put me in a semi permanent state of daydreaming about home makeovers and lusting after new things for our house and my closet (like my new white blazer below!). We're in this funny stage of spring - the temperature dropped to the 50's, so while the sun is out and the blossoms are blooming on trees, I'm wearing a serious coat and have to turn on the heat in my car for the short drive to the office. Still, I've been shopping for printed party dresses, light outerwear, new nude shoes (I buy a new pair of nude flats at least once a year), and transitional pieces like maxi skirts and simple tees. For the home, I'm all about fun patterns and pillows, pretty glassware, a picnic basket for dinners at our nearby park, and a few new decor items to jazz up the place.
