Clean potatoes and chop them into wedgelike pieces (2 large potatoes = 3-4 servings) |
Dress wedges with olive oil, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt and pepper (to taste) |
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, turn wedges over, and bake for 15-20 additional minutes (depending on thickness of wedges) |
Ready to serve! Both times they came out perfectly browned and crunchy on the outside and smooth on the inside. Delicious with ketchup, BBQ sauce, or as they are. |
