|Clean potatoes and chop them into wedgelike pieces |
(2 large potatoes = 3-4 servings)
|Dress wedges with olive oil, red pepper flakes, |
garlic powder, salt and pepper (to taste)
|Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, turn wedges over, |
and bake for 15-20 additional minutes
(depending on thickness of wedges)
|Ready to serve! Both times they came out perfectly browned and crunchy on |
the outside and smooth on the inside.
Delicious with ketchup, BBQ sauce, or as they are.
