To celebrate the day off, Jeff, his parents, and I drove out to
Bogus Basin for a morning hike. Bogus is a recreational ski area by winter and a great place for an outing when the weather is warm, and we were joined by lots of other Boise hikers along the way. It was a beautiful, warm day with clear skies, and in between the huffing and puffing, we got to enjoy an amazing view. After tiring ourselves out, we headed down the mountain to
Highlands Hollow, a neighborhood burger joint for salads, fries, and ice cold beverages.
